I requested a return in which customer service said could not be done due to the fact that I did not have the original DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR boxes that it arrived in. My wife got us the Sectional Vegan Leather and it is nothing short than amazing! It's warm or cool as needed too. When I finally, got it, I was over the moon. Very sad and very upsetting. I highly recommend this company. I did have one issue aligning them but once I figured it out it was a breeze. I am very disappointed in Darryl and Jessica Sharpton for how they run thwir customer service.He is a former NFL player, he is american and the furniture is made in the US so why he avoids taking care of damage with his products is beyond my ability to figure out. I was confused & pretty annoyed to be honest- I had to awkwardly ask my neighbor and a friend to come over and help carry the boxes up all the way up to the third floor for me because I was unable to do so.
